Rules for the Diet
It is expected you will lose up to 20 KG over four weeks
1. when the quantity of food isnt specified, you can eat as much as you want .
2. You have to follow this Diet programme exactly, how it is and without any personal modification .
3. If you stop this diet you will have to repeat it from the beginning.
4.Check your weight on a daily basis
5.If you feel any hunger pains , eat unlimited amounts of either cucumber,tomatoes or carrots (only one item not two or a mixture
1 brown toast
You can only eat them items providing that two hours at least has elapsed since your last meal .
6.Drink large amounts of water
7. "boiled vegetables " means boiling them in water without any fat or oil.You can only have one type of vegetable eg carrots , brocolli, cauliflower, green beans , peas etc NO POTATOES.
8.salt can be added
9.tea and coffee are allowed freely without sugar or milk (unsweetened lemon flavoured tea is allowed )you can add sweeteners eg canderal .
10.only 1- 2 diet pepsi ,coke or lemonade is allowed per day .
WEEK 1
DAILY BREAKFAST:-1/2 orange or 1/2 grapefruit
1-2 boiled eggs
DAY 1:- LUNCH - 1 type of fruit except dates, grapes, mango and bananas
DINNER - boiled or grilled meat without fat (avoid lamb or pork)
DAY 2:- LUNCH - Chicken (boiled or grilled) remove skin, tomatoes, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit.
DINNER:- 2 boiled eggs, 1 dry brown toast, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit, green salad - containing tomatoes, cucumbers,cabbage, lettuce and spring onions.
DAY 3:- LUNCH - Low fat cottage cheese, 1 dry brown toast and tomatoes.
DINNER - Grilled or boiled meat
DAY 4:- LUNCH - One kind of fruit
DINNER - grilled or boiled meat with salad
DAY 5:- LUNCH - 2 boiled eggs, one kind of boiled veg
DINNER - Fish or shrimps (boiled or grilled) with green salad, 1 grapefruit or 1 orange
DAY 6:- LUNCH - 1 kind of fruit
DINNER - Grilled or boiled meat with green salad
DAY 7:- LUNCH - Grilled or boiled chicken, tomatoes, boiled veg, 1 orange or 1 grapefruit.
DINNER - One kind of boiled veg
WEEK 2
Daily Breakfast:- 1/2 Grapefruit or 1/2 Orange
1-2 Boiled eggs
Day 1 :- LUNCH - 2 Boiled eggs and green salad
DINNER - 2 Boiled eggs, 1 Orange or 1 G/fruit
Day 2 :- LUNCH - Grilled or boiled meat and green salad
DINNER - 2 Boiled eggs, 1 Orange or 1 G/fruit
Day 3 :- LUNCH - Grilled or boiled meat and cucumber
DINNER - 2 Boiled eggs and boiled veg
Day 4 :- LUNCH - 2 Boiled eggs, cottage cheese and boiled veg
DINNER - 2 Boiled eggs, boiled veg and tomatoes
Day 5 :- LUNCH - Fish or shrimps ( boiled or grilled)
DINNER - 2 Boiled eggs and boiled veg
Day 6 :- LUNCH - Boiled or grilled meat, tomatoes and 1 orange or grapefruit
DINNER - Mixture of fruits
DAY 7 :- LUNCH - Chicken and boiled veg, tomatoes and 1 orange or g/fruit
DINNER - Chicken, tomatoes and 1 orange or 1 grape fruit .
week 3
DAY 1: - All day - Mixture of fruits (same exception) any amount
DAY 2: - All day - Mixture of boiled veg (except potatoes) plus all types of salad....any amount
DAY 3: - All day - Mixture of fruits, boiled veg and salad.....any amount
DAY 4: - All day - Fish or shrimps (boiled or grilled) and salad.........any amount
DAY 5: - All day - Grilled meat or chicken (as before) and any amount of boiled veg
DAY 6 & 7 : - All day - one type of fruit for the two days (any amount)
Week 4
NOTE: - The amount of food mentioned for each day must be distributed all over this day without any extra food.
DAY 1 : - 4 pieces of grilled or boiled meat (250 grams or 1/4)

1 can of washed tuna w/o oil
1 serving of boiled veg

DAY 4 : - 1/4 chicken boiled or grilled

DAY 5 :- 1/4 chicken boiled or grilled

1 serving of boiled veg
